TERAGAMEZ ("the Company") values your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how it is used, and what measures we take to protect it.
1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
(1) Required information — guest sign-in
When you first launch the app, an account is created automatically without any registration.
- Guest identifier (UUID): a random unique value generated on your device. It is not information that can identify you personally, such as a real name or contact details.
- Nickname: a default name ("Rookie Boss") is assigned, and you can change it yourself within the app.
(2) Optional information — linking a social account (Google / Apple / Kakao)
Collected only when you choose to link a social sign-in in order to synchronise your progress across devices.
- Social account identifier (subject): the unique per-account value issued by each provider.
- Nickname: the name supplied by the provider is applied once when you first link an account (you may change it freely afterwards).
- How we handle email: your email address may pass through our servers during authentication, but the Company does not store it. It is used immediately and solely to confirm the account identifier for linking, then discarded. Email addresses are not saved to our database.
(3) Information generated through gameplay
Gameplay data such as currency held, business progress, upgrades and manager hires, cumulative earnings, number of restarts (prestige), and attendance/mission progress. This is stored on our servers only if you use cloud save (synchronisation); otherwise it remains on your device only.
(4) Information collected automatically — advertising SDK
When you watch a rewarded ad (Google AdMob), Google may itself collect and process your advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), device information, and ad impression and interaction data. This is collected by Google under its own policies, not by the Company.
(5) In-app purchases (planned for a future update)
If the ability to purchase paid currency such as gems is offered, payment will be processed through the Google Play and App Store billing systems, and payment credentials such as card numbers will not be collected or stored directly by the Company.
2. Purposes of Collection and Use
- Identifying guest and social accounts, processing sign-in, and synchronising progress across devices.
- Providing cloud save and preventing cheating.
- Providing the leaderboard service.
- Serving rewarded ads and verifying that they function correctly.
- Preventing abuse of the service and responding to user enquiries.
3. Retention and Use Period
- As a rule, we destroy personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
- When you request account deletion, we destroy your information without delay unless a separate retention period is prescribed by law.
- Records that must be preserved under applicable law are retained for the period that law prescribes.
4. Provision to Third Parties
As a rule, the Company does not provide your personal information to third parties, except as follows.
- Where you have given separate prior consent.
- Leaderboard feature: by the nature of the service, the nickname you set, along with your cumulative assets and number of restarts, is publicly visible to other users. Real names, contact details, and similar information are never shown.
- Where required by law or by lawful process from an investigative authority.
5. Destruction Procedure and Method
Procedure: information is destroyed immediately once its purpose has been achieved, or after being stored for a set period in accordance with our internal policy and applicable law.
Method: information held as electronic files is deleted using technical means that make the records irrecoverable.

7. Your Rights and Those of Legal Representatives

- An automatic in-app account deletion feature is currently in preparation. In the meantime, contact us at "11. Contact" below and we will handle your request without delay.
- For children under 14, a legal representative may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the child's personal information.
8. Protection of Children Under 14
This service is not primarily intended for children under 14, and we do not collect real names, contact details, or similar information at sign-up. If a child links a social account, the consent of a legal representative may be required.
9. Security Measures
- Token-based (JWT) authentication, with tokens verified directly against the provider's servers at social sign-in.
- Encrypted server-to-client communication (HTTPS) in production deployments.
- Minimising the number of staff who handle personal information, and managing their access rights.
