Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

The Service can be used without signing up. We do not collect your legal name, national ID number, phone number, or postal address.

• Device identifier: a random unique value generated automatically by your browser or device. On its own it does not identify you personally.
• Nickname: assigned automatically and editable by you at any time.
• Social login (optional): the unique account identifier and profile name from Google or Kakao. Your email address is used only momentarily to confirm the account link and is never stored.
• Gameplay records: per-game scores, weekly ranking entries, play start/end times and session duration, XP, level, and daily streak.
• Ad event records: anonymous events used to measure ad performance, such as rewarded-ad impressions, acceptances, declines, and banner impressions.
• Automatically collected data: cookies, advertising identifiers, device and browser information, and IP address. These are collected and processed by Google AdSense and Google Analytics under their own policies.

2. Why we use it

• Identifying your account and handling sign-in
• Syncing best scores and progress across your devices
• Providing weekly rankings and personal best records
• Preventing abuse such as score manipulation
• Serving ads and measuring ad performance
• Statistical analysis to improve the Service
• Responding to your enquiries

3. How long we keep it

• As a rule, data is deleted without delay once its purpose has been fulfilled.
• If you request account deletion (withdrawal of consent), your data is deleted without delay.
• Weekly ranking entries are retained to operate the Service, and are removed together with your data on a deletion request.
• Records we are legally required to retain are kept for the period the relevant law prescribes.

4. Sharing with third parties

As a rule we do not share your personal data with third parties. The following are exceptions.

• Where you have given separate prior consent
• Ranking feature: the nickname you choose and your scores are publicly visible to other users by the nature of the Service. Your legal name and contact details are never shown.
• Where required by law or by a lawful request from an investigative authority

5. Processors and international transfers

We entrust the processing of personal data to the providers below. Their servers may be located outside your country.

6. Cookies and personalised advertising

The Service shows ads through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and advertising identifiers to show ads based on your interests.

• Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent to advertising and cookies through a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP). You can change or withdraw that consent at any time using "Reopen consent settings" at the top of this page.
• If you prefer not to see personalised ads, you can turn off ad personalisation at Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com).
• You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some features such as keeping your best scores may then stop working correctly.

7. Your rights and how to exercise them

• You can view and correct your personal data at any time.
• You can request account deletion (withdrawal of consent); contact us at the address below and we will act without delay.
• Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have the right under GDPR to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of their data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• For children under 14, a legal guardian may request access, correction, or deletion on the child's behalf.

8. Children under 14

The Service is not directed at children under 14, and we do not collect information that would identify a child, such as a legal name or contact details.

9. How we delete data

Personal data whose purpose has been fulfilled is destroyed in line with our internal policy and applicable law. Electronic files are deleted by technical means that make the records unrecoverable.

10. Security measures

• Authentication is token-based (JWT), and the auth token is held in memory only, never in browser storage.
• Traffic between client and server is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Social login tokens are verified directly against the provider's servers.
• The number of staff handling personal data is kept to a minimum and access rights are managed.
