Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game "GILGAMESH - Deathless" (the "Game") provided by TERAGAMEZ (the "Company"), including the paid items in the Game.
Article 2 (Using the Game)
- The Game can be played from start to finish for free, and no sign-up is required.
- The Game contains no ads.
- Your game progress (saves, lapis balance, etc.) is stored only on your device. It may be lost if you delete the app or reset or replace your device, and the Company cannot recover it.
Article 3 (Paid items)
- The paid currency "lapis" is bought through Google Play or App Store payments and can be exchanged in the in-game "Temple treasury" for hero outfits, town themes, supplies and equipment.
- The "Uruk starter bundle" is a non-consumable product that can be bought once per account (store account). It can be recovered on the same store account with "Restore purchases". Lapis balances are not restored.
- The Game has no paid items with randomly determined results (loot boxes). The success rate of equipment enhancement is shown in the Game, and the "Enhancement scroll" used for enhancement can be bought only with in-game currency (shekels).
- Items exchanged for lapis cannot be converted into cash or transferred to other users.
Article 4 (Withdrawal · Refunds)
- You may withdraw from a purchase (request a refund) within 7 days of buying lapis, as long as you have not used any of the lapis you bought.
- If you have used some or all of the lapis you bought, or for items exchanged for lapis, withdrawal is limited under Article 17(2) of Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. If the laws of your country give you broader rights, those laws apply.
- Refunds can be requested from Google Play (order history) or Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). You may also contact the Company.
- If a minor made a payment without a legal guardian's consent, the minor or the legal guardian may cancel the payment.
- If you paid but did not receive your lapis, restart the Game while connected to the internet and delivery will be retried. If it still does not arrive, please contact us with your order number.
Article 5 (Changes to · End of the service)
The Company may change the Game's content through updates. If we stop selling paid items, we will announce it 30 days in advance in the Game or on the store page. Items you have already received stay on your device and can continue to be used.
Article 6 (Prohibited conduct)
Modifying game files, bypassing payment, and obtaining items by abnormal means are prohibited. The Company is not responsible for problems arising from such conduct.
Article 7 (Limitation of liability)
The Company is not responsible for records on your device that are lost because the device breaks, is lost or is reset. However, damage caused by the Company's intent or negligence is handled according to the applicable laws.
Article 8 (Governing law · Disputes)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved in the court with jurisdiction under Korea's Civil Procedure Act.
Article 9 (Changes to these Terms)
If these Terms change, we will announce it on this page and in the game's update notes 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to you).
