TERAGAMEZ ("we", "us") provides the mobile game Neon Rush: Millisecond Beats (the "Game"). This policy explains what information the Game keeps, where it is kept and how it is handled.
1. At a glance
- There is no account, sign-up or sign-in. We never ask for or collect your name, email, phone number or location.
- Game data such as your records, nickname and Points is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers.
- No ads, no analytics or tracking tools, no in-app purchases.
- The Game goes online only to show the song list in the store and to download songs.
2. Information stored on your device
The Game stores the following in the app's private storage on your device. We cannot see it.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Profile | The nickname you type in (up to 12 characters, default "PLAYER"), total score and play count, RP rank, start date |
| Records | Best score, accuracy, grade and max combo for each song and difficulty; results of your last 50 runs |
| Points | Your in-game Point balance and recent changes |
| Downloaded songs | The songs you unlocked and their files (audio, chart, cover), plus a copy of the store song list for offline display |
| Settings | Music and SFX volume, audio sync offset, whether you have seen the tutorial |
If you use a whole-device backup (iCloud Backup, Android device backup), this data may be included in that backup depending on your device settings. Those backups are managed by Apple or Google under your own account; we have no access to them.
3. Internet use and server logs
The Game connects to our song server (neon-rush.teragamez.com) only when the STORE tab loads the song list or when you download a song. The only thing it sends is the address of the list or file it requests — never your nickname, records, Points or a device identifier.
As with any web server on the internet, the following is recorded automatically by the server and along the delivery path when you connect:
- IP address, time of access, requested address, response status, and the basic information your app and OS send (User-Agent)
These logs are used only to keep the service running and secure (troubleshooting, blocking abusive traffic), kept only as long as needed for that purpose, and then deleted. We do not try to identify individuals from them and do not share them except where required by law.
4. Service providers
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Delivery and protection of connections to the song server (CDN, attack mitigation). The connection data in section 3 passes through it. |
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting the song server |
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
5. Permissions
| Permission | Used for |
|---|---|
Internet (Android INTERNET) | Loading the store song list and downloading songs |
The Game does not request the camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or any other permission.
6. Retention and deletion
- Data on your device stays there until you erase it or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
- Settings (⚙) → RESET ALL RECORDS erases your records, play history and RP (your Points and downloaded songs are kept).
- Our servers hold no account or game data about you, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
7. Children
The Game collects no personal information from anyone, of any age, including children under 13 (or under 14 in Korea).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, CCPA or Korea's PIPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information. Game data lives on your device, so you can view and erase it yourself; for questions about the connection logs in section 3, contact us below.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. For significant changes, such as collecting new kinds of information, we will give notice at least 7 days in advance.
