Neon Rush: Beat Tiles has no account, sign-up or sign-in. There is therefore no account to close, and our servers hold no per-user data. Everything the Game stores lives on your device, and you can erase it yourself as described below.
Option 1. Erase your records — RESET ALL RECORDS
- Open Settings
On the song select (home) screen, tap ⚙ in the top-right corner. - Reset records
Tap RESET ALL RECORDS; when the button changes to Tap again to confirm reset, tap it once more.
Your records for every song and difficulty, last 50 runs, total score and play count, and RP rank are erased immediately. Your nickname, settings, Point balance and downloaded songs are kept, so you don't lose what you have unlocked.
Option 2. Erase everything — uninstall the app
Uninstalling the app deletes all data the Game has stored on your device:
- nickname, records, play history and RP rank
- Point balance and history, song ownership records and downloaded song files
- settings (volume, sync offset)
If you restore your phone from a whole-device backup (iCloud Backup, Android device backup), data in that backup may come back. Manage those backups from your Apple or Google account.
What remains on our servers
Our song server only sends out the song list and song files; it never receives your nickname, records or Points. Like any web server, it keeps connection logs such as IP address and time for security and troubleshooting for a limited period before deleting them. To request deletion of these logs, email us as below.
Contact us by email
If you have questions or would like confirmation of deletion, email [email protected] with the subject "[Neon Rush] Data deletion request". We reply within 3 business days (KST).
Before you erase anything
- Resetting records and uninstalling the app cannot be undone. We keep no copy on our servers, so we cannot restore it for you either.
- Uninstalling the app also deletes your Points and downloaded songs. After reinstalling, you start from scratch.
