Account & Data Deletion

How to request deletion

Find your nickname in the Game
Open the Game, tap the ⚙️ button at the top to open Account · Settings, and check your nickname under My profile. (If you have already uninstalled the Game, tell us the nickname you remember and roughly when you played.)
Send a deletion request by email
Email [email protected] with the subject "[CEO Tycoon] Account deletion request" and include your nickname, device type (iPhone/Android) and when you last played.
Done
We delete your data within 3 business days of receiving the request and confirm by email.

Account: guest ID, nickname, language and region settings, sign-up and login times
Cloud save: all game progress (shops, in-game currencies, prestige, achievements, missions, etc.)
Rankings: all-time, weekly and monthly scores (removed from leaderboards immediately)
Game usage records (event logs) linked to the account

Only a record that the deletion was processed (an irreversible hash and the processing time) is kept to handle disputes. It cannot identify you.
Server access logs not linked to your account are kept for up to 6 months for security and then deleted automatically.
Ad-related data is handled by Google under its own policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (see section 5 of the Privacy Policy).

Deleted accounts, progress and in-game items cannot be recovered.
Uninstalling the app does not delete server data. Data on your device is removed when you uninstall, but your account and ranking records on the server are deleted only through the request above.
If you have used "Start a brand new game" in the Game, your previous account still exists separately. Include the previous nickname too and we will delete both.
To play again from zero without deleting anything, use Account · Settings → Danger Zone → Start a brand new game in the Game. It starts a new guest account; the previous account is not deleted.
