What PDFCAT does

AI summary, on your phone
The key points of a long document in three lines — for the whole document or just the page you’re on. Processed by your device’s own AI, so your document never goes to a server, and it works offline.

Find a word and jump straight to its page, or browse real page thumbnails. Reopen a document and you start where you left off.
Locked PDFs · kept files
Open password-protected PDFs right there (saving the password is optional and secure). Opened PDFs are kept in the app, so they reopen even if the original is deleted.

AI summaries run only on the AI built into your device, so they work only on devices that support it. Please check before you buy.
iPhone · iPad
Devices with Apple Intelligence — iPhone 15 Pro / 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16 series and later, iPads with an M1 chip or later.
Requires iOS / iPadOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings.
Android
Devices with on-device AI (Gemini Nano) — Galaxy S25 and S26 series, Z Fold7 / Z Flip8 and later, Pixel 9 series and later, plus some other recent models such as OnePlus 13 and Xiaomi 15.
The AI model may need a one-time download (Wi-Fi recommended).
On other devices, every feature except AI summaries works as usual. Supported devices may change with Apple’s and Google’s operating-system policies.
